We sat for 30 minutes without anyone serving us. Not even drinks were accepted. The service was very unfriendly and assumed that we had taken the seat ourselves. However, another waiter put us there.

Unfriendly service, extremely overpriced prices, long waiting times, current rules are partially observed. Nice environment. But once is enough - especially because, regardless of the company, it is absurd to simply be ignored.

A very decent place where you can eat well and buy items such as in the shop on the right from the entrance. The restaurant has an atmosphere, the service is nice. Actually, the only "drawback" was too large portions. A hungry man will not leave here ,,, I recommend!

Great food, cozy and friendly atmosphere. Prices are reasonable given the great quality and the dishes are very tasty. Very good Bavarian pub cuisine. The various cakes for dessert are particularly recommended - especially the cheese and cream cake! Always happy to be here as a guest.

Way too expensive. Price performance not given at all. Almost 16 € for three wafer-thin, fatty and softened potato rösti filled with spinach / cheese.

A disaster! Mountain farmer's steak and creamed schnitzel had almost unseasoned meat in both dishes. Mountain farmer steak was far too oily, no trace of the grill, fried potatoes so oily, difficult to eat (then stomach pain). Cream schnitzel, I don't know what the cook understands as a cream sauce, definitely not what was on the plate. The whole thing at this price is outrageous. Whoever wants that, for me!

Just wonderful. Wonderful location, fantastic food, really meat from "happy" beefs grazing outside, very friendly and fast staff - a day there with a walk in lonely paths - like the Bavarian paradise.

Everything fits here: delicious food, very friendly service, a great selection of dishes and continuous cuisine. And the car is also charged on the Supercharger - it couldn't be better

The service was pretty OK, the food unfortunately tasteless. We had pikeperch, unfortunately the skin wasn't crispy at all, just rather cooked (without spices and white). Then potato salad just as tasteless. Pumpkin soup was OK.

... to avoid it Premium prices for mediocre cuisine. 100 euros for four meals (drinks extra) is Usury. 5.50 euros for "sloppy" fried potatoes without flavor, the same for the loveless, tasteless salad. The rest wasn't great either. I wonder why don't you hire a cook? I also wonder what those who rate 5 stars, food at home. Service was "neutral", neither friendly nor unfriendly. Never again!!!!

Nice inn. The size and quality of the portions put the price into perspective. The staff is very committed, attentive and friendly. The knuckle is highly recommended. (upon reservation and only on weekends!)

Have returned after a strenuous hiking excursion, Spezi was cool. Then unfortunately the food came. I had a schnitzel with fries. The fries were quite tasty and crispy. However, the schnitzel lost any breading when touched and was soaked with really unpleasant rancid fat. It was tough too. Probably fried in a bit older and not sufficiently hot fat. I had the taste in my mouth on the way back. Then I tried my girlfriend's garlic steak. The meat was relatively tender, there was no trace of salt or pepper. It felt like 40 cloves of garlic and a chunk of butter were spread on the steak. The steak just tasted like lukewarm butter and garlic sauce. I can't decide yet whether I found schnitzel or steak worse. If you can't taste anything from a steak, something just goes wrong. My friend had raved about the inn before, but the food was really disastrous. And in my opinion € 4.20 for 6 croquettes is a cheek.

When we're in the area, we like to stop by here. Always nice and professional wait staff, delicious rustic food and a typical ambience (without being over it, which happens quickly). There are many animals for the children to marvel at - great too, of course. What you have to know: It is also a tourist bar with corresponding prices that are well above the other local price levels. But at least not so over the top that it's not worth it.

Long wait. Ambience is cozy. Staff friendly. The food was very good, but everything was very soft.

The quality of the food was very good. The portions were very generous. Just a star deduction due to the fact that the service forces were pretty slow. And guests had to wait a long time.

Very nice staff. Delicious food. A cozy rustic atmosphere. Large portions at a reasonable price. Highly recommended, also the butcher's shop with really delicious sausage and cheese. Was definitely not our last visit. 👍👍

Traditional German tavern/restaurant. It was quite busy at lunch time with many locals. Had to wait half an hour for our food but when it came out it was delicious. The meat was cooked very well and the portions were huge. Good place to stopover if you are hungry and not in a hurry.

Very friendly staff amazing views and nice country walks with or without your dog.

Good Bavarian food, nice biergarten, good atmosphere. Playground for children. Horseback riding available. Parking available. Gift shop with farm products.

Good traditional Bavarian food. The quality of the food used to be excellent due to them butchering the meat themselves. These days, certain dishes seem to have become a bit dryer than usual. Nevertheless this is still a great recommendation, especially for good weather. The beer garden and the view are one of a kind and should not be missed!
